Payments can be made in cash, personal check or by credit card.
All credit card transactions are done through PayPal and a fee will apply.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all wedding cakes to reserve your date.
The balance is due four weeks before the wedding date.
For all other orders, payment must be received in full at least four weeks prior to the date of your event.
Any order placed within four weeks of the event must be paid in full and in cash at the time the order is placed.
The wedding cake deposit of $100 is non-refundable for any reason.
Orders canceled within four weeks of the event will result in a 50% refund and orders canceled within three weeks will result in a 25% refund. Additional deductions may apply if supplies have already been purchased or work has begun.
No refund will be given for cancellations less than two weeks before the reserved date.
Work will not begin on any order until payment has been received.
You can choose to pick up and transport your order yourself. However, A Piece of Cake is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation.
Your satisfaction is my number one priority. Please contact me immediately if there is any problem with your order.
Probems must be reported within 24 hours.
No refund can be given for consumed goods.
